Requirements for deadline #1.

– By September 30, 2003:

• Submit the following completed items to the LSTA Team at the Library of Michigan:
1. Interim Report

– By October 24, 2003:

• Participate in initial training session
• Individual consultation with MMM project staff
• Put in at least 20 hours of staff time on grant
  (includes training session)
• Submit the following completed items to the LSTA Team at
  the Library of Michigan:
  1. Training Certificate
  2. Summary of Individual Consultation (DOC)
  3. Effort Report
  4. Reimbursement Request #1

Requirements for deadline #2 – January 15, 2003:

• Submit Digitization Plan to your Regional Center for approval


• Put in another 20 hours of staff time on grant


• Submit 3 items to LSTA Team at LoM:
  1. Approved Digitization Plan
  2. Effort Report
  3. Reimbursement Request #2

• Contribute digitized materials to MMM
  • complete metadata
  • deliver storage copies
• Put in another 20 hours of staff time on grant


• Submit 3 items to LSTA Team at LoM:

1. Effort Report
2. Final Narrative Report
3. Reimbursement Request #3
