This company notice of whose incorporation was given in the Duluth News some days ago was formed to make a portion of the Duluth, South Shore and Atlantic. The incoporators and first board of directors are: W.H Fisher and J.H. Hammond, St Paul; Albert S. Chase of Duluth; William V Nond and Elmer E. Barton of West Superior Wisconsin.
