Kaisa Marja Kangas Mandan Norton county, North Dakota for assualt by brakeman on westbound train. See suit 98. Settled for $1.000. Beret Paulson, Magada Johanson and Ingeberg Johanson mother and daughters, emigrants from Norway. Three women insulted on DSS&A Railroad. Settled by paying judgements of $488,95 to Magada Johnason, $278.80 to Ingeberg Johanson and $295.41 to Beret Johanson. total: $1,072.16 June 28, 1892.
