Beatrice Kobe Adamski, Hamtramck Public Library Director and Michigan Librarian of the Year speaks of Mrs.Eleanor (Edsel) Ford and Tau Beta Director Borgild Halvorsen and the impact of the community house on the newly arrived immigrants and their children. Tau Beta was the first location of the Hamtramck Public Library.
