29th Somewhat (?) but this afternoon I did manage to go down to Mr. Davenports & discharge my obligations there. 30th At home and busy Eva says Gus is going Monday. It is too bad she has to go so soon. We have just got two saddles and are preparing to have such fun. Oct 1st To day I spent with Gus helping her some. Had a pleasant day. Wonder when I shall spend another with her. 2nd Lizzie came for me to go to church with her. Eva & I took a long walk.
