Description
8x10 black and white photograph of a 1920-1923 Packard right side view of rear interior, rear door opened, top lowered, parked on street, apartment buildings and statue in background. Inscribed on photo back: Packard twin six by Fleetwood, 6-person touring car, equipped with forward-facing auxiliary seats, folding tonneau windshield having hinged side wings. Fleetwood did use chassis apron compartment doors (?) similar to the ones on this car. Photographs exist of late 'teens/early twenties Cadillacs, Packards, etc. having these features; the exact placement seems to differ, not only from one marquee to another, but from one Packard to another. The windshield angle and beveled body rail also suggest Fleetwood.
