The sermon was all (?) and very noisy and in my humble opinion (?) to little religion in the (?). I had the honor of Mr. Baldwinâ€™s company home. Quite an honor when I consider him the most disagreeable fellow I ever knew.
16th Recited. Mother came for me to go to Lyceum. Her essay was good mine miserable. The debate was very good. Mary and I are in deep trouble to know whether or no. Timothy soiled his coat cleaning lamps to get into the show.
