I went down to the village to see when Mrs. Young could come out but she has concluded she can’t come. Went to see Jennie Willetts for the same purpose but she is sick. Think things are coming to a pretty pass when you offer to go far and bring a person home and then not having them come. School in B is commenced. September 1. Went to Mr. Duncans to visit.
