Description
B/W negative of an automobile accident at the intersection of Vine and John Street in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The vehicle is lying on the drivers side with the undercarriage facing the camera while a crowed has gathered to inspect the damage, including a serviceman standing on the left with his hands in his pockets. The image was taken on December 1st, 1941 just six days before the Pearl Harbor attack.
