Description
Fred Heldt (born c. 1860) and his wife, Augusta Heldt (born c. 1866) in a studio portrait. The Heldts were owners of the Upton House and farm on Dodge Park Rd. from 1913-1927. Fred conveyed part of the property to the State of Michigan in 1922 to create Dodge Park.
