Description
The tintype of John Green (1846-1916) was found in the logs of the attic in the Selinsky/Green farmhouse during restoration. It is possibly a wedding portrait. He is wearing a coat with a worn velvet collar and a good shirt. John Green was married in 1874 to Ernestine Selinsky. They were given the farmhouse by her parents.
