Description
Photograph of Ringling Brothers' Circus arriving, Lansing. The Lansing Journal raved, "Ringling Brothers' circus came to Lansing this morning with the finest array of horses, the handsomest wagons, and by far the most elaborate parade ever seen in the city." The State Republican was equally enthusiastic: "Magnitude Almost Beyond Man's Conception." read one headline while another proclaimed, "Is a Grand Spectacle and Witnessed by Thousands."
