Description
Photograph of a horse-drawn bus with bench seats on each side and roll-down canvas curtains to keep out the rain. All of the women pictured were teachers who were transported to and from the Chapin and Farragut schools at the Chapin Location. The shoemaker's shop operated by Frank Perino can be seen in the background and was located at 515-1/2 Vulcan Street.
