Early photograph of the Dickinson County Courthouse and Jail taken after the landscaping was completed. Edward Blackney, together with seven prisoners, laid the sod. Note the steps leading to the entrance come directly down to Stephenson Avenue. ""Dickinson County Courthouse"" is printed on the photograph.
