New York dispatches state that R.J. Harvey, the principle member of the syndicate which is building the DSS&A states that the bridge across the Sault Ste Marie will be open to all the railroads touching that point, and that the Brockville, Westport & Sault Ste Marie company, which has been recently chartered, will be an extension of the former road to the St. Lawrence.
