Description
Negaunee - Bates and Chandler who own and operate two large limekilns at Palms on the Mackinac Island divison of the South Shore have determined to establish a depot for lime in this city and for that purpose have leased a portion of the old Mackinaw station on Lake street, a building admirably suited for their purposes. They will have a large barrell of lime there at the end of the week.
