Description
The colored man who feel, Thursday from the locomotive of the south-bound passenger train has been found. Both of his legs were broken and he was otherwise badly injured. The cows which were run into at the same time, were killed. They belonged to Thomas Nester and James McRandle, who will no doubt be paid for their animals, but the poor darky whose legs were off is powerless to recover damages as he was built of iron and had no vote.
