DescriptionDuluth will not get the DSS&A this year. The road at present is at Dogwood or rather just west of there and north of Watersmeet. In conversation with one of the men whose business it is was to travel along the line, it was learned that the road bed was finished, and all that was needed to complete the road was the laying of rails and building of a few bridges.
