Description
January 15, 1888. The mayor stated that the DSS&A had been notified to place a flagman on the Gold Street crossing and failed to do so, and that he had placed a man on the crossing at $2.00 per day and the company would have to pay the flagman's wages. On motion the statement of the mayor was unanimously accepted and his action in the premises approved.
