DescriptionAt 6 o'clock last night a night crew ws put on the merchandise dock and will be kept on util the close of naviagation. Coal vessels will hereafter receive the best of dispatch here, night and day, and every effort will be made by the officers of the road to make thius one of the favorite ports on the upper lakes for vessel men. Ore carriers are now recieiving the best of dispatch and the port is fast redeeming itself in the eyes of shippers. The present South Shore management is full of life, and Marquette has got to come to the front.
