Description
Mr. C. G. Annesley of Detroit, a representative of the Brush Electric Light Co., is in the city to overhaul the dynamo and plant belonging to the DSS&A. The M&W used the light for one season only and the plant has since been idle, but it is intended now to overhaul it and operate it to full capacity, 17 lights. These will be placed mainly on No 1 and No3 ore piers while a pole at the junction of Front and Superior streets will light the tracks there and the depot platforms. The renewed use of the electric light will be appreciated by every one in the city.
