This indenture made this 17th day of July 1890, between the M&W Railroad Company party of the first part and the DSS&A Railroad Company, party of the 2nd part, Witnesseth, whereas the party of the first part by an instrument dated March 28, 1885, duly sold to the MH&O Railroad company all its property of every name, nature and description whatsoever.
