Description
B/W negative of two couples seated around a table in an unidentified Battle Creek restaurant. The gentlemen are dressed in United States Army Class A uniforms of the World War II period (1941-1945) with the gentleman on the right sporting the rank of Corporal. Battle Creek was home to a large United States military installation known as Camp or Fort Custer, hence uniformed service personnel were to be seen in all areas of the city and neighboring cities as well.
