22nd Went to church this morning and to the Methodist this evening. Have been studying, reading.
23 Recited. Mr. Hill has to be away some this week. This afternoon I took a horse back ride: it was so pleasant and went down to Nellie’s school, when I came home I found Lucy and Mary Patrick here.
We all went to Lyceum. Dull & (?). This is the last time I will have anything to do with the report for literary exercises.
