Description
8x10 black and white Packard Co. file photograph of a 1933 Packard right side view. Inscribed on photo back: Packard 1000, light eight, tenth series, 8-cylinder, 110-horsepower, 127.5-inch wheelbase, 5-person sedan, prototype, note absent right tail light, one piece front door glass, slight upward curve in running board leading edge, un-skirted fenders, elongated sweep of front fender, configuration of three louver doors, 1932 series 900 front bumpers, dropped before production: integrated into 1933 eight line as model 1001 5-person sedan, body type #603; fitted with standard eight (8-clyinder, 120-horsepower) engine.
