8x10 black and white Packard Co. file photograph of a 1939 Packard three-quarter rear view, top folded, five men in car including President Franklin Roosevelt and two naval officers, ships with sailors on deck in background. Inscribed on photo back: Packard twelve, seventeenth series, model 1708, 12-cylinder, 175-horsepower, 139-inch wheelbase, 5/6-person special parade touring car, by Rollston (White House Fleet), note wheel trim rings, fender wells & 6-wheels (sans side mount covers), special radiator cap emblem, flag pole mountings, radio aerial mounted on left cowl side panel, tonneau windshield wind wings, presidential seal on tonneau door panel, license plate frame, trunk rack, center bumper guard, step plates aft of rear fenders.
