The lilacs are just out of blossom and the snowball and honeysuckle are very handsome, but tis best so.
June 7. Today I did the first washing I ever did alone. This afternoon I sent a handsome bouquet to ________
June 8. I have not felt well or quite natural to day.
My Father’s cousin, Mr. _______ came here to day. He is a very pleasant gentleman, an old bachelor.
