Description
Van den Brouck siblings, Norm (1926 - 2001), Butch (Clarence?), Harvey (1923 - ?), Donna (1937 - ), Bob (1938 - ), and Marilyn (1943 - ) pose with their truck loaded high with spinach bushels to be delivered to the C.F. Smith Co. in Detroit to be sold in its grocery chain. The farm was on Hall Road, east of Schoenherr Road, where Lakeside Mall is now. The Van den Brouck family had 11 children. In this photo, Norm is standing on the cab of the truck, Butch is in the back, and Harvey stands with the younger children.
