Gus came down and we have been trying to decide whether to have our hair cut or not.
August 18. Gus came down to Macks this morning and I went over and Em acted the part of barber. Mine was so uneven that I wanted it off and was heartily glad of it. This afternoon I went to the village went to Mr. Youngs then we stirred up the young people and went to Mr. Fishes to a literary.
We called on Mrs. ______ and Miss _______ &
