Description
B/W negative taken from the southeast corner of North Burdick and Water Streets looking towards the northwest. The Home Furnishing Company building, at 201-223 North Burdick Street in downtown Kalamazoo, dominates the nortwest corner. North of the business can be seen King's clothing at 239 North Burdick, Arthur Murray Studio of Dancing at 241 North Burdick, Western Tire and Auto Store at 243 North Burdick and the Uptown Theatre at 247 North Burdick. To the west of the home Furnishing company is visible the Lincoln Hotel located at 142 West Water Street.
